Every city has its own permit process
Each city and county along the Front Range adopts its own version of the building code and runs its own permits and inspections. We work with these building departments all the time, and we handle the engineering, permit and inspections wherever your home is.

Reviews from around the metro
“Denver Egress Windows installed two egress windows in our basement - from the initial phone call to the installation and clean up, all the crews that were scheduled were on time and professional. Our installers Carlos & Karla were hardworking, so helpful and answered all our questions. Jose and Ruben worked so hard to clean up the construction debris/dirt after the windows were installed. Honestly, just the best customer service from everyone. From start to finish it was a great experience. Thank you Gina and all the crews!”

“Denver Egress Windows was professional from the beginning to the end. The representative who gave me the estimate was clear in the information presented and answered my questions fully. The crews that came out to do the work came when expected, communicated what they were going to do and how long it would take, did a professional job inside and out, and when they were done, everything was clean and, other than the new windows (which look great!) both the inside and outside of my house looked untouched.”

“Sharine was great to work with on the sales and inspection. Gina did a fantastic job with communication and scheduling. Jared did a very professional job on the window and the digging and clean up crew were speedy and efficient. Appreciate everything you did Denver Egress!”
