Before you order
Measure for egress
For a basement bedroom, the window has to give you at least 5.7 square feet of clear opening, 24 inches high and 20 inches wide, with the sill no more than 44 inches off the floor. Check our egress size guide before you order, and remember that cutting a foundation needs engineering and a permit.

In-stock items can be returned with a 25% restocking fee plus shipping. Custom orders (items not in stock) can't be resold and can't be returned. Custom orders may be canceled within 3 days in accordance with Colorado law; after that, all sales are final.
