Alpine 48x48 Egress Window Installation in Lakewood, CO

Swapping a 32 x 16 inch basement window for a 48 x 48 inch Alpine slider made this egress window installation in Lakewood, CO a full package, with engineering and the permit provided and all debris hauled away. Denver Egress Window removed the original window, set the white high performance slider and installed a 56 x 36 x 60 inch Boman Kemp window well in white powder coated metal with a ladder. The new opening is more than four times the size of the original. Choosing a high performance slider helps limit heat loss through a much larger span of glass during Colorado’s wide day to night temperature swings. Outside, a mesh grate covers the well, keeping mulch and leaves out of the gravel base while still letting light through. As the egress window contractor, Denver Egress Window handled every step from paperwork to cleanup.
